Requesting an Info Lit Session

See below for instructions on how to make requests of the Instruction librarian team.

 Request an Instruction Session

The Instruction department at D'Amour is looking forward to hearing from you. We are happy to present research instruction to your students on academic topics.

To schedule library instruction for a class, you can fill out the Information Literacy Instruction Request Form.

You can also contact any of the Instruction librarians directly by finding their contact info further down this page.

You will hear back from us on your request. If you do not hear back within two days, your request may have gone missing. Please contact us by phone if we do not respond within that time period.

 Request a Research Consultation

Librarians at D'Amour Library offer a consultation service to Western New England University students designed to help with research and group projects. The purpose of this service is to guide and direct research by identifying information needs, constructing search techniques, locating information in both print and digital formats, and suggesting, as needed, additional relevant library services such as Interlibrary Loan. Typically, research consultation appointments last between 30 minutes and an hour.

For additional information or to schedule an appointment, contact the Reference desk (413-782-1655) or complete the Consultation Request form.
